Sunnylands, is an estate built by Walter H. and Leonore Annenberg in Rancho Mirage, California. A beautiful retreat located near Palm Springs. Richard M. Nixon, Frank Sinatra, Ronald Reagan and even Queen Elizabeth II have visited this beautiful place. Clearly, this was hidden right in front of our faces, but we couldn't see it. Its so pretty looking at these photos, this place had history running through it all these years

During my two years as a blogger, I think I have grown to understand my audience. There likes and dislikes, what they pay attention to more when they read my posts. I try to entice my readers as much as possible, with words and pictures. I also try my best to view everyone else's blogs. Getting viewers can be a challenge, as you can see by the " many " readers I have acquired. It's a job ; the more effort you put in to your blog, the more you get out of it. Blogging is like bartering almost , you scratch my back, I scratch yours. Walking around, to view the new fall fashions at the mall, I came across an old friend in a kids clothing store. If I were having a real amusing conversation with a pair of jeans, it might have gone, " Toni? Toni? is that you? Omg! Corduroy! its been years, how are you?... So on and so forth. I saw alot of this old texture on jeans. I mean its everywhere, its like a wave actually. So, if you were or weren't a fan of the corduroy style, maybe you'll give it another chance?

I haven't done this post in a while. If you can imagine, the weather is colder, much colder. Its sad really. I prefer summer over winter anyday. I like heat, and all the clothing you can wear during that time. So, I'll probably being putting up less beach photos, and more rainy photos. Oh! and leave changing photos, I actually love that part of fall.

There's a song about this car. Its called " Mustang sally". It kind of goes," * with soulful black woman voice* Mustang Sally, Mustang Sally, you better slooowwwww, ya Mustang Dooowwwnnn." Haha.

This is our neighbors dog. His name is Blue. I think he's some kind of a bloodhound mix? I could be wrong. He comes over all the time, and sits in the drive way, or more recently, sleeps in our driveway.

A lot of people will watch this ad, and think... " He's Marc Jacobs! Why the hell does this look like he found some people outside of his house, told them to put on a show, and gallivant in his product, while someone filmed it? The only thing Marc Jacobs about this film, is the name's at the end."! I say, you're wrong. Why not make ads like this?

The simplicity of it, makes it that much better. His sales will skyrocket like nothing else anyone has ever seen. This commercial isn't all that grand. I agree, but it's cute and gets the point across. Kind of like Rebecca Black's Friday song. As terrible as it may look or seem, its not that bad, and it'll have people talking about it more than a regular $1million dollar commercial. Marc Jacobs literally, curb stomped the competition. Awesome.

I just want to take a moment to talk to you bloggers about a post I saw. When I read it, I totally had a " V8 Moment" and slap myself. Mentally of course, I was reading in a public area. I try very hard with my blog, and sometimes life gets in the way, and I abandon it. For months at a time. I love my blog, its still growing, and it sometimes gets a bit frustrating trying to keep up with as much of the fashion world as possible, and still putting doses of " Me" into the mix. So, now that NYFW is in full effect, and everyone is making there seasonal transitions from Spring/Summer to Fall/Winter. The colors for Fall/Winter, tend to be less color, more leather. Which is perfectly fine, but excuse me fashion, when I say, " Dare to be different". Ahem...

    Unless, you've been under a rock on and after and forevermore on April 29, 2011, then you will have no idea who Pippa Middleton is. This is why I exist, to keep you in the know... Ahem. Pippa, is the sister that rocked the world, shook newspapers, collapsed T.V stations and made fashion magazines do the Charleston ( Possibly an exaggeration?) . She became that big, on her sister's wedding day. Who can even do that? Pippa can, and she did.

     She's everywhere you look, just like her sister Kate, but I have a strong feeling, that this sister is going to take the spotlight. Let me explain. Pippa, is now the sister to Princess or Duchess Kate Middleton, ( that's one reason), Pippa decided to wear the right dress to her sister's wedding, ( reason two) , she hasn't given an interview yet, but people ( and by people I mean the media), are dying, sweating and possibly bleeding to get this girl. It's gone as far as favoring her beautiful features. Not only her face, but her Rump. Yes, I said Rump...

I've been a very busy girl. I now work for an Insurance Agency. So, excuse the neglect. Pictures anyone?

I have the tendency to walk allover a new place, and get lost, and find my way back. This is actually not really a stream, it only appears to be. It run off after a rainy day. Its beautiful; so beautiful I actually went down in it, to get a better view.

One sentence can tell you why I took this picture: "I LOVE Forever 21. Period."

Airplanes have always fascinated me. Especially, when they start to descend. They start coming closer, and closer to the ground miles away from the actual runway. They come down super close, and its abit terrifying and amazing in one. Odd? Yes, I know.

I'm sort of a Foodie. I shouldn't be though, my metabolism decided it want to go slower than a snail, after I left High School... but... this sandwish was so good. Its called Brooklyn Bite, its located in Stroudsburg, pa. I doubt any of you are gonna head out to it, unless you live near the area like I do, but it was a simple sandwich, but what's cool about this store is that they name there sandwiches cool names. For example, this was called, " Bath Avenue" or Number 10. they have over 100 sandwiches with funky names. Its the apitome of food awesomeness.

Yes, I know this person. Yes, that's his hair. Clearly, a trendsetter. I want to say these are leopard or cheetah prints? I never get ot right, so I'll just say animal print. I love that I know people like this, who has this in there hair, that you know of at this very moment? NO ONE. I rest my case. I need to find a word in the dictionarym to describe how utterly amazing his hair is.

As my mom and I, drove along the streets of Brooklyn, it shocked me to see this being built. I asked, " What is this? My mom replied, It's Magic Johnson's new stadium. What?! Brooklyn is to small and cramped for a stadium, much less cars. I defintely need to see the way this will turn out.

Okay, now I really and truthfully am sorry for the lack in posts. Busy me, had to get some stuff in order. Anywho, to the real topic. I really didn't know that H&M had an online store. It might sound dumb, but I love this store, and I've been shopping here since I was thirteen. I seriously couldn't find an online store... until today!!!! So, I'm just going to show a rundown on what I desperately need. When you do locate the store, you can't actually buy anything. Why? I haven't the slightest clue. It only shoes what the prices of the clothing, accesories, shoes, etc would be in US Dollars.

My dinner for the night, last week. I had access to tortilla's so I decied to my a mini burrito. Red and Orange peppers, onions, barbequed chicken, asiago peppercron dressing, salsa and cheese. I made on of these for breakfast the next day. So, good!

My sister the artist; she hates and I mean HATES this painting. Which is why I call her an artist. One who can paint, draw and sculpt but hates there on beauty. She doesn't really get it as yet, but all in good time. The use of shapes and the crazy variety of color makes it pop, really. I walked by and it caught my eye. I did a double take as well. Spring Fever 2011

Spring is here! Well, for me its in about two hours. Nevertheless, I'm here to show you all the spring clothing that you'll see often this year. Also known as " Trends". I don't like trends, now that I have grasped my own sense of style. It's basically me buying things that I know fit well on my body type, my complextion, and then there's the spontanious moment of wanting something because, its unique, vintage, beaten up, slightly odd or something I can transform by just cutting and sewing. A few stores I'm going to touch on will be : Forever 21, Nasty Gal, Urban Outfitters, Topshop, Zara and possibly some others.

This Spring/Summer , just might be the year of the 60' and 70's. The flare at the bottoms of many jeans, sunflower head bands, tye-dye, and floppy hats. I plan on doing different stores, on different posts so bare with me.

Elizabeth Taylor, died early this morning at a Los Angeles Hospital she had been staying at for two months, due to Congestive Heart Failure. She was 79 years old. She was said to have went very peaceful. Elizabeth was well known for her movies, many marriages, sex appeal and her fragrance, " White Diamonds".

For those of you, who haven't seen any of her movies, you are in luck! TCM plans on giving a full marathon to the late and great Elizabeth Taylor. They will show, every movie she has ever done for 24 hrs straight, starting from 6am on April 10, 2011. The rundown of all the movies that will be shown, will be in a link below:

I like Rihanna. Something about her just sits right with me, and that's a good thing. I've heard some crazy rumors about her, but I don't see them being true. The only person that can tell me whether anything is true about her, is Rihanna herself. With that being said, she is suppose to be in a movie that comes out May 2011 called " Battleship', clearly, based on the game. She talks about her part in the movie, her life, her music. Also, some amazing pictures taken by Annie leibovitz; an amazing photographer that has done absolutely everyone. Check it out!

This would be the ultimate, " Mess with my Diet", food. My little bro likes to try different types of food. He is a growing boy, so anything you put in his mouth he'd eat. Anywho, he begged our mom to make fish tacos; low and behold, the fish taco. Accompanied by barbeque chicken, and spanish rice. So, much for a diet.

When my mom realized I wanted to take a picture of her nails, she exclaimed, " They aren"t even that good looking!". Well, this one goes out to you mother.... * slow jazz plays*. Okay, yes they look like regular nails with color, but to me its pure art. I haven't the slightest idea as to who invented the art of making nails? I think the crazy and amazing things one can put on a nail is genius. Kudos, to that genius.

This picture won't mean much, but there's a reason behind it. Tonight's moon was brighter than I have ever seen. To the point where you believe, the moon has gotten closer. So, I was told that ever few years ( a few long ones) the moon is suppose to be alot brighter than usual, but its happening now as I'm writing this. The thing is, it's not suppose to happen as yet. I'm pretty excited about this line, aside from the marvelous showings of NY, Milan, and London fashion weeks, this line just seems like the highlight of my blogging. I think it was 2008 or 2009 maybe earlier, that I became quite taken with this label. They had this ridiculously cute little sequin number, that had me drooling. It was simple, yet playful and still cute and flirty. Something you could put on at anytime, ( except for jogging, of course). Here's a reminder :

Sadly, this collection won't be offered to our hemisphere for another year, making it the 2012 collection. That being said, if the pictures below excite you enough to whip out your daddy's credit card, I suggest you give right back... until 2012 rolls around. For now, enjoy :)

I think I'm miss my childhood. I saw these all over the floor on thought, " I miss playing with dolls". I guess being an adult or dealing with adult situations makes you miss stuff like this. Those days of innocence; where your world didn't revolve around a job, an apartment, bills, college etc. It was about whether or not your doll needed a hair cut, or a new dresses. I didn't rotate the picture, so you could see what these markers say. They came in a container with about five or six cookies. The cookies themselves had drawings on them, and you can color the cookie. The markers are food coloring in a maker! I had fun drawing on myself, and then licking myself ever so frequently. The flavors were : Tutti Fruitti, Grape, Blueberry and Green apple.

My mom pointed out this picture or sign to me, while sitting in an autoshop. I had to read it a couple of times to really get that it was a joke. I was told that cookie dough isn't good to eat, for health reasons. So, if that's the case, why would you make it smell so good, look so good, and then to top it all off, you put it in Ice cream? Well, why in the world would you say we can't eat it? Jerks; that's what I call people of that nature. Anywho, I made this cookies for my little siblings as a afternoon snack. Unfortunetly, they ate all the cookies and didn't want dinner. At least this picture came out awesome. Right?

Just a heads up, this pot of hot curry chicken, was orginally suppose to be fried chicken. Yes, FRIED CHICKEN. My mom opened the chicken up, and got the WRONG THING, as always. She pulled it off though; I was suppose to make roti with it. Its been so long since I've done that, so I didn't do it. I really enjoyed the way it bubbled in the pot. It was really pretty and I thought it deserved some attention be fore the inevitable happened ( us eating it).

Fashion Week, is like Jesus' coming for bloggers, journalist, drag queens etc. Yesturday, fashion week was kicked off with a fashion show, built around heart diease awarness. Most of the people in the audience wore red, the runway was red, they evem talked about a certain famous red, Lucille ball, who died from heart diease, even the model's dresses were red. Tt was beautiful, and a great way to start fashion week; with my favorite color.

Lauren is a Contributing Editor for Vogue Magazine. Someone decide to do an article on her apartment, and might I say if that's what an editor's apartment/condominium looks like, I need to be an editor soon. The piece all over her house are so artsy, so earthy. It's as if she personally, drew her apartment and how it would look in her head, and went to special specific places to gain all those beautiful works of art. Seeing her apartment is like an honor, is almost NOT fair. The array of colors is very overwhelming, but in a good way. It's like an explosion to the eyes. TRON Legacy : Fashion Report

If you've been hiding in a hole or deep cave, or possibly living without modern day technology, then you probably haven't heard of Tron Legacy. A movie coming to theatres December 17, 2010. The story is basically, a young man searches for his father after he has gone missing; as he gets older he starts to put the pieces together and somehow, he is put in this cybertronic gaming world his father created, which is holding this young man's father captive in . Hopefully, I got that right. What I'm so fascinated with is the clothing; It's pretty futuristic, something that may spark the ideas of many designers, in the near future, or maybe some are already in the works. When I was young, I was pretty tall for my age. Everywhere I turned, I always got, ' She's so pretty, and tall I bet when she grows up she'll want to be a model'. Well, fashion is pretty vicious, and from what I've seen and heard, some of the models are worse. However, I came across a recent discovery, Victoria's Secret models, are the happiest women/models I've ever laid eyes upon. They act like sisters, close knit in the fashion world. All in all, great show from beginning to end. Katy Perry was exceptional, and so was Akon. I loved all the music. I can't wait for next year.

So, what do you get when you put: Karl Lagerfeld , Terry Richardson, Aurel Schmidt, Ryan McGuinness, Ryan McGinley, Will Cotton, John Currin , and Vivienne Westwood in a room, and have Stacey Engman pulling the strings? The best art work in the world, I would presume. These great artists were put to the test to recreate Tarot Cards. Might I say, they did a great job of it. The new deck, ( 78 images in total) will be presented at the National Arts Club in New York next weekend. Now, let's enjoy there mystical mystery shall we?

I think Katy is awesome. I love her pin-up girl style and her love for God. To me, it seems to go together. She was recently put on the cover of Harper's Bazaar for their December issue, and might I say, she looks so very elegant in all her pictures. It made me smile.

She also has a new fragrance called, ' Purr'. The bottle is so cute, with its cute diamond eyes. I would definetly buy it. Katy also said that the fragrance isn't to loud.
